Kino Lee - To Jenny

I’m Kino Lee, a multi-artist currently based in London, originally from Taipei, Taiwan. My journey in music started with a degree in Classical Piano Performance from Fujen University, and later I earned a degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music. Over the years, I’ve explored various areas of music, from composing for video games and films to releasing solo piano albums. My work has been recognized globally with several awards for composition. Beyond music, I’ve ventured into directing films, exhibiting artwork, and writing musicals, driven by my passion for storytelling across different artistic mediums.

To Jenny is a special birthday composition dedicated to my partner’s mother, Jenny. The song and it's cover art were inspired by her deep love for nature, particularly birds and flowers. In this piece, I aimed to capture the serenity and beauty of the natural world that Jenny cherishes, blending melodic elements that evoke the sound of birdsong and the gentle sway of flowers in the breeze. Through this composition, I wanted to create something personal and meaningful, a reflection of the joy and peace that nature brings to Jenny's life.
